INFORMATIVE TEXT ABOUT TODEB
Dear User/Customer,
If you have a personal legal problem with the services provided by SiPay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.(Our Company)’s, you can submit a written application within 2 years from the date of the transaction or action giving rise to the dispute.
In case your application to Our Company is not responded within 20 days of submission, or if your application is rejected, or if you find the response provided by Our Company insufficient, you have the right to apply to the Association of Turkish Payment and Electronic Money Institutions (“TÖDEB”) in accordance with the Principles Regarding the Individual Customer Arbitration Panel.

Please be informed that the form can be submitted electronically via www.todeb.org.tr after filling in the relevant information and uploading the necessary documents.
